Craig practices in the areas of business counseling, family wealth management, and real estate. He regularly advises and assists clients on issues involving business governance (including entity formation, operating/shareholder agreements, contract issues, etc.), estate planning and probate, and real estate transactions. Craig’s experience in the legal profession includes service as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Associate General Counsel for Washington Group International, Inc., as a partner at Hawley, Troxell, Ennis & Hawley and as an associate attorney with Reno, Zahm, Folgate, Lindberg & Powell in Rockford, Illinois. Craig clerked for the Honorable Albert J. Engel of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
